This development is not exclusive to kids playing in 4 on 4.

It is open to ALL who want to improve their game.



Puck & Stick Handling Skills. 

Tuesday evenings in the FDC rink.                       

3 groups.                              

20 participants per group

$140/participant.  (No individual dates)            

Dates:  July 14, 21, 28, Augu

Advanced Group:  7:15 in FDC

-Everything has more intensity ….
-Elite edge work, deep inside outside mohawks, change of direction 

-Forward and backwards
-Straight length power
-Quick feet, agility, rapid agility drills
-Backwards, skating developing high speed
-Skill, mechanics, explosive stops, and starts
-Advanced turns techniques designed for agility in traffic
-Body positioning posture, maintaining a low stable hockey stance well engaging in high-speed maneuvers
